Black Dog Walk Off events are an opportunity to connect with other humans in an informal and gentle way. Many of us have an experience of journeying with the black dog or other experiences of mental distress that are challenging.
Join us for a walk with or with out doggos... as we get together for mid-winter warm up! We will meet at Victoria Square, by the corner of Armagh Street and Colombo Street at 10.30am. Taking a meander along the river, and down Cashel Mall to grab a beverage at Rollicking Gelato. If it is raining we will meet at 11am at the Rollicking Gelato for a chance to catch up.
There are a number of different Rollicking Gelatos, but the one we are heading to this time is at 98 Cashel street.
